At Coudy, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Please note that returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please email contact@coudy.com with the following information:

Photos of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please do not return products without prior authorization or send them to the original shipping address.
After We Receive Your Return
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we will either:

Issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or

Ship a replacement item within 72 hours, depending on your preference and product availability.
A 30% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Missing Deliveries
If the carrier's tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we may request a claim or investigation report from your local postal service before approving a replacement.
