At Coudy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days after your order has been delivered.
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

The return must be authorized by our customer support team.

Customers must contact us at contact@coudy.com with their Name, Order Number, and the reason for the request.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
Please do not return products to the original shipping address.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship the package after payment of the additional shipping and handling costs. If you choose not to receive a replacement shipment, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges and the applicable 20% restocking fee.
If the returned package cannot be recovered from the carrier, we may, at our discretion, offer a 50% store credit toward a future purchase.
If the shipping address provided was correct and the package is returned for reasons beyond the customer's control, we will resend the order at no additional shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Because many of our products are prepared specifically after purchase, orders may only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed.
Clearance Items
Clearance and final sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Warranty
Our return and replacement policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date shown by the tracking information. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
International Orders
Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
